COMPUTER TROUBLESHOOTERS AND THE UPS STORES
TEAM TO SIMPLIFY TECH SUPPORT
LOUISVILLE, KY (June 13, 2006) –
Overcoming
computer problems just got easier. Computer Troubleshooters and The UPS Store
are teaming to help small business owners, home office workers and residential
computer users more easily obtain dependable technical support at economical
prices.
Computer owners
can now drop off problematic systems for servicing and repair at eight
convenient The UPS Store locations. A certified Computer Troubleshooters
technician will examine the PC, resolve the issue and return the repaired system
to The UPS Store or the customer’s place of business or residence.
“By working
together, The UPS Store and Computer Troubleshooters make it easier for busy
business owners, professionals and residential computer users to knock out
multiple errands in a single trip,” said Erik Eckel, owner and operator of
Louisville’s Computer Troubleshooters office. “Time’s always of the essence, so
the ability to carry in a computer or laptop while checking a post office box,
sending a package or completing other postal and business tasks just makes
sense.”
A wide variety
of computer repair and upgrade services are available through the initiative,
including:
